Refund policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date for any reason.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original condition that you received it, unworn, unused and with any original tags and packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at thegildedcherry@mail.com. Please note that all returns must have prior authorization and will be assigned an RMA# along with return instructions.
Any return received without prior authorization or an RMA# will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on final sale items.
Exchanges
Once a return has been inspected and approved, an exchange can be made if inventory allows.
Refunds
Upon return receipt and inspection, if approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember, bank and or credit card company processing times can vary.
